Follansbee manufactures 3 basic types of pipe holders:
Pipe Holders with set screw  * Welded Pipe Holders * Split Welded Pipe Holders

Pipe Holders with set screws can be used for constructing stationary docks or as mounting brackets for handrails. All pipe holders are hot dipped galvanized for durability and long life. The pipe holder mounting plate attaches with 1/2" galvanized carriage bolts. Galvanized set screws are included for use with 1-1/2" schedule 40 galvanized pipe.

Welded Steel Pipe Holders are used with a variety of size pipe to allow free vertical movement of the dock. Split Welded Pipe Holders are used for the same purpose, but are made in two pieces. Their design allows for ease of installation and removal. The two-piece, split welded, pipe holders come complete with four (4) 3/8" galvanized hex head bolt sets to facilitate installation and removal. All pipe holders are hot dipped galvanized for durability and long life. The pipe holder mounting plate attaches with 1/2" galvanized carriage bolts.

Follansbee Hoop Pile Holders are engineered to be used with round pilings, wood or steel. The mounting frames are made from 1/4" high strength steel and the hoops are made from 1 1/2" schedule .40 steel pipe. Once all welding and fabrication have been completed, the units are hot-dipped galvanized. Stainless steel hex head bolts and nylon lock nuts are used to attach hoops. These pile guides offer easy installation and removal and free up and down movement of the dock. All pile guides can be shipped UPS.

Follansbee Square Pile Holders are designed for internal piling. Made from 4" x 4" x 1/4" steel angle the pile guides are hot-dipped galvanized once all welding has been completed. The mounting frame is attached with 1/2" galvanized carriage bolts. We offer the pile guides without rollers for calm areas and pile guides with rollers for rougher areas with current and/or prevailing winds. Ship via UPS.

Follansbee Dock Systems has designed the perfect brackets for attaching posts for handrails. The brackets are made to fit either 4" x 4" posts or 1 1/2" pipe. The brackets are made from 1/4" high strength carbon steel and welded via MIG and Robotic processes. They are hot-dipped galvanized for long lasting life. The hardware is then re-squared to insure absolute accuracy. The handrail brackets come in models to fit wood and steel truss docks and attach with 1/2" hot-dipped galvanized carriage bolts. The brackets make attaching a handrail to your dock or deck a snap.
