Terms and Conditions

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice and billing will be made at prices in effect at the time of shipment.

Terms and Conditions: Net 30 days with approved credit. Finance charges of 18% (1.5% monthly) for past due accounts. Follansbee cannot be held responsible for application of product. Customer must determine if products are suitable for each application used.

Shipping: All prices are F.O.B. our warehouse, Follansbee, West Virginia 26037, exclusive of any taxes, duties, or any other charges that may be imposed in connection with the transaction between Follansbee and Buyer. Taxes, duties, and additional charges shall be paid by Buyer. Method and route of shipment will be at the discretion of Follansbee. All shipments shall be at the Buyer's risk and shall not be insured, unless otherwise requested in writing by Buyer.

Acceptance of Goods: Buyer shall examine all goods immediately upon receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted said goods as conforming unless Follansbee is notified to the contrary within (10) working days of this time of receipt by Buyer. Any claims thereafter can not be honored. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
